Grow2Glow Schools Programme

This programme introduces primary school learners to the joy and value of agriculture, with a strong focus on Conservation Agriculture and character development.

We believe that building a healthy individual and society starts with four key pillars: Faith, Family, Farming, and Finance. These pillars form the foundation of everything we teach.

Learners participate in both classroom-based theory and hands-on practical activities on the school grounds, where they establish and maintain a vegetable garden. By the end of the year, they gain a solid understanding of:

Character development is at the heart of the programme. Our Character Garden serves as a practical and visual teaching tool, where learners are introduced to five core values:
Honesty, Respect, Self-Discipline, Kindness, and Courage.

Each value is represented by a specific vegetable planted in the garden, helping learners connect personal growth with practical experience.
