At ReGen, we don’t just plant seeds in the soil—we plant purpose in people. By combining regenerative agriculture with personal and spiritual development, we equip the next generation to grow in character, skill, and purpose—caring for both the land and their future.
The ReGen Agricultural Internship Programme is a one-year, Christian-based programme focused on the holistic development of young people. Students gain hands-on experience across key agricultural disciplines, including agronomy, horticulture, and animal husbandry.
In addition to practical training, students are exposed to industry courses, conferences, and ongoing mentorship. A central part of the programme is our daily discipleship journey, “The Path,” which focuses on personal growth, faith, and leadership.
A core component of the internship is active participation in our Grow2Glow schools programme, where students serve as facilitators. We believe the most effective way to learn is to teach—allowing students to develop their own skills while investing in others.
Students are also placed within a network of like-minded regenerative agriculture farmers, where they receive real-world experience and mentorship. Through this journey, they are guided by a clear purpose—our “GPS”: A heart for God, People, and the Soil.
